"Theatre Film Classics" are groundbreaking films that we have re-mastered directly from AMG founder Bob Mizer's original 16mm reels.
These reels premiered in Los Angeles' Park Theatre between 1969 & 1971.
These films were produced just after the posing straps fell and male frontal nudity was legalized, but before anybody was brave enough to commercialize hardcore pornography.
These few years are the infancy of hardcore, during a time when filmmakers were terrified to attach their names to explicit material.
These films were among the first gay pornographic films shown in a public venue. Before 1970, gay adult erotica was limited to personal viewing in the privacy of one's home.
We have gone back to the original film reels projected in the Park Theatre to present Mizer's vision in its intended form.

It's an age-old story. A sweet young boy from somewhere in Middle America leaves home for the big city with nothing but his dreams and the shirt on his back. He makes his way out to Hollywood, shooting for the stars. His small town upbringing can't possibly prepare him for what the city has to offer. Like the thousands that came before, he'll find that Los Angeles is not all bright lights and movie stars. Most of these sweet young souls won't strike gold on California's shore, instead, if they're lucky, they'll end up with a fistful of copper. Billy Boy is the tale of one such small town boy, just trying to get by in the rat race of the Golden State.
