In the video Dirk sounds like he starts by saying Les but in notes he gives in a Honcho article he writes Russ. Perhaps the editing cut off the first sounds of his name. In any case, Dirk wrote that Russ was from Indiana which matches the guy's spoken words. On the other hand the article shows a picture of Les, which doesn't match the looks of the guy in this scene.
