This is the first movie officially credited to Robert Boggs as a director. Previously (1996) he had been a cameraman (first as Jens Olsen then as Robert Sonntag) on a handful of movies directed by Namor Kinrec (aka Roman Czernik) for Man's Best. But to anyone watching those movies, it's already pretty obvious that Boggs was in charge.
