Police Cadet Academy is a most promising little sleeper from a new Eastern European company, Man 2 Man Erotica, for IMD. A modest, low-budget offering, it consists of four episodes focusing on a class of police cadets who are as facially and physically attractive as they are well-endowed. During the course of this brief little production, of course, the uncut cast of eight spends a lot more time investigating each other than playing cops and robbers. Of the four sex scenes, three are quite competent, standard stuff, but the fourth is a real gem, as good as the best of the current international imports.
The class of cadets, in their light blue and gray uniforms, is first seen on patrol in what appears to be the old town square in Prague, where they receive instructions before they begin to make their rounds. The cast members and the premise of the film are neatly set up in a brief series of vibrant shots that soon cut to an office where one of the cadets is called on the carpet by his superior, who threatens to put him on report for dereliction of duty. The dirty blond, stocky cadet (Petr Vokorin) inquires, "Can we work out something?," and almost before the officer (Milan Studnicka) can inquire what he has in mind, the kid suggests, "Take this report from the desk, and let's have a good fuck."
As set-ups go, it is as hokey as that pizza boy suggesting just about the same thing back in the '80s, but both performers enter into the sexplay with a certain amount of energy if not a whole lot of inter-personal involvement. Both are hot men and seemingly skilled in the arts of man-to-man sex. After a brief spate of tongue-dueling, Studnicka is the first to go down, and the thorough blow job he performs on Vokorins's heavily veined hard-on is proficient if not inspired. The same can be said of Vokorin's head-giving later on, and before long, he upends his boss on the desk to tongue-swab his ass and then fuck him doggie and missionary until each shoots all over the other.
One surprise of the scene is that the officer is wearing a black jockstrap under his uniform - an article of clothing we had begun to suspect had not found its way to Eastern Europe, since to the best of our memory we have never (before now) seen one in films from that part of the world, not even those set in locker rooms and other athletic milieus. In Cadet Police Academy, at least one person in each scene wears one.
The second scene, set in the same office as the first, utilizes the same premise - which suggests a paucity of invention on the part of the director, though both actors are hot and the sex is even more juicy than before. The cadet (Peter Spaleny) who is also being put on report by his long-haired, big-dicked superior (M.R. Luky) wastes no time in getting to the action. "When I look at you, my dick gets hard," he declares as he moves in to kiss the officer, slather his chest and suck on his towering erection. Spaleny is a zealous cocksucker who welcomes Luky's forceful face-fucking, and when they shift roles, he spanks himself intermittently while being given head. When they shift to the fucking (with Luky on top), Luky proves to be quite a dirty talker and moaner, and they too shoot their loads on each other, Luky on Spaleny's butt, Spaleny on Luky's thigh.
The third vignette is set in the woods, as two of the cadets step out of their police car to take an off-the-beaten-path break from their duties. One (Jan Loutka) quickly strips down to his (white) jockstrap and beret and sprawls on the hood of the car to be serviced by his lean, brunet partner (Pavel Orkan). Whipping Loutka's impressive stiffie out of the jock, Orkan quickly dives for it. One of the better cocksuckers in the film, he lavishes a wide variety of techniques on that ramrod before he stands for a bit of reciprocity. Loutka, who soon loses his beret in the heat of head-giving, is a more languorous sucker, his tongue lapping like a cat cleaning its fur. Both are skilled oralists, but each remains in his own little world, hardly relating to the other at all. Both leave their jocks on while fucking (Loutka tops Orkan across the hood of the car) and deliver modest money shots.
Clearly, both the director and the videographer have seen any number of fuck films, for the sexual choreography and the various angles capturing it on tape are, for the most part, standard and familiar. All the necessary shots - close-ups, full shots, cutaways, under shots, top shots - are included, as if from a check list. The videography is sharp, vibrant, always in focus and almost always in the optimum position to capture the action, yet only intermittently does either the director or cameraman evince an individual style or a passion about the action he is capturing. Until the final scene.
Police Cadet Academy concludes with a truly sizzling duet between two cadets who have been assigned car-washing detail and who soon abandon the soapsuds to go for each other. There are many reasons why the scene is so hot: The two actors are the most striking in the entire cast, each is clearly comfortable with (maybe even delighted by) the sex acts that simply burst out of them, the sexual choreography is the most inventive of the film, and so is the videography. It is worth waiting for.
The shorter of the two men (aggressively eager Igor Suchy) and the taller (long, lean Jude Law look-alike Mirek Stroupeznicky) toss their sponges away and dive for each other with a body slam of primal ferocity. A burst of impassioned, slobbery kisses segue into Suchy working his way down his partner's lanky torso to a plum-head cock poking out of skimpy white briefs. He seems to be absolutely cock-starved and gobbles it down with the delectation of a connoisseur. And when it comes Strupeznicky's turn to reciprocate, he too knows what to do with a mouthful of cock.
The anal action is even better. These two work together like a pair of blue-ribbon ballroom dancers attuned to every move of each other's body. Stroupeznicky tops first, standing doggy beside the car, leading every thrust of the way. And then they switch. Suchy proves to be a fucking showoff, his face beaming with delight, his pelvis undulating as he flaunts his repertoire of fancy moves in nailing his buddy to the hood of the car. Both money shots are strong, but Stroupeznicky's propulsive four-spurter is the best of show. And when they collapse into a heated kiss, you can almost believe they will leave the set to hurry home and do it again on their own time.
Clearly, Police Cadet Academy is a journeyman effort that is well-cast and lensed but is often derivative, except for that last sensational scene. Neither the director nor the videographer is billed, and that is a shame, for both show the seeds of developing into significant adult film makers.
