Ah, the work of a male revue entrepreneur is never done: there are always more studs to recruit, more auditions to hold, more dick than any one guy can handle.
It's, as they say, a real grind.
But James Riviera, the entrepreneur in the plot here, with his long, lean, and buff frame, is more than up to the task at hand. James' best attribute, his full and sensuous lips, look great when they're making an offer, but they look even better when sliding up and down bodybuilder Fernando Nielsen's uncut cock in the opening scene. You see, James' car has broken down -- a shame -- but he is lucky enough to find the only garage in town with a mechanic on duty who is also a gorgeous bodybuilder. Since Fernando is also alone, it's also a plus that he can doff his coveralls and "audition" for James' male revue right then and there. The audition requires a lot of cocksucking, but, oddly, no dancing (Fernando can train for that later, I suppose). One thing is for sure, Fernando's body is stage and camera-ready, and James has a field day fucking his taut, hairless ass. James is not nearly as bulky as Fernando, which makes their coupling all the more watchable. At first Fernando rests on a car he's been repairing, but the action ends up on the garage floor in a sizzling sidesaddle pounding. Fernando drenches his shaved crotch at the end, after James has blasted all over one of his shapely asscheeks.
James obviously takes good care of his troupe: he even gives them a place to live. The next scene has stripper studs José Ganetti and Chris Youngman relaxing with a game of billiards when James returns. Then they get interested in another sticks-and-balls pastime, but it ain't pool. Even so, that doesn't mean the table goes to waste. The scene that ensues shows off the two in the 69 position, followed by a sizzling flip-flop fuck. José takes the top role first, slamming into Chris from behind, and then Chris takes over, plowing José's smooth ass missionary, and the angle from underneath the action shows Chris' heavy ballsac as it sways with each thrust. There's one more switch-up, and this time José fucks Chris in an athletic, from-above position before he pulls out and delivers a huge load all over Chris' taut, smooth pecs.
The standout scene is next, and it matches buff, masculine, and ultra-hung dudes Julian Vincenzo and Giovanni Floretto in a testosterone-soaked suck-and-fuck that is both fast paced and heavy-duty. Julian and Giovanni, Fernando's co-workers back at the garage, get turned on when Fernando tells them he's trying out for the strip show. Frankly, after seeing Julian and Giovanni in action, forget stripping -- just get me a job in an auto repair shop. Both of these dudes give me major wood, and they have the same effect on each other. Giovanni graciously drops to his knees first, expertly sucking Julian's fat meat. Julian reciprocates, and Giovanni's dick (which is even fatter) also has an ample, thick foreskin that stays in place even when it's fully erect. Julian tongues Giovanni's furry hole briefly, but it's hardly enough to prepare Giovanni for the full-on, multiple position assault on his ass that ensues. The last part of the scene shows Giovanni to perfection as he rides Julian's cock and strokes his thick cock to a big, wet eruption. Even as Giovanni blows his load, his foreskin almost completely covers the fat head of his dick. There they are, in the flesh, on the cover of Studio 2000's latest international release, Twin Devils -- a pair of hunky twin brothers, so identical that one can't tell them apart except by the different tattoo each sports on his left biceps. But be forewarned! Viewers who are looking to see them play out forbidden fantasies of hot all-in-the-family action will be sorely disappointed, for the two first-billed stars, James and Jack Lacroix, never once look at each other onscreen, let alone touch. Well, that's not quite true -- they do sling an arm around each other's shoulder while posing for the i.d. shots at the end of the film -- but that's as much brotherly love as one gets during the entire production.
Given today's conservative climate, which engenders paranoiac self-censorship, it makes sense for a studio to play it safe and avoid anything that might arouse the wrath of the feds. Studio 2000 is not the only production company to exercise such caution -- the Lacroix twins have also appeared as Alex and Ian Lynch in Herve Handsome's recent Twin Towers, wherein they also avoided any contact whatsoever with each other. Still, there's something to be said for the argument that fraternal incest shouldn't be equated with the heterosexual sort, since the taboo was instituted to prevent the inbreeding of malformed offspring, an impossibility with same-sex coupling -- but try telling that to the judge! On the other hand, twins sells films, even when their presence constitutes only a promise that is never fulfilled, but in spite of this disappointment, Twin Devils is a hot little picture.
The real star of this four-episode, 90-minute production is a tall, lean, pillowy-lipped demi-god, here billed as James Riviera but who is better known to fans of Eastern European films as Fredy Costa. His onscreen performances began as strictly a soloist in three Csaba Borbely flicks. In time, he graduated to being trade (fucking and getting sucked), but only in recent releases has he added man-to-man sex acts (kissing, sucking and rimming) to his screen repertoire. In Twin Devils, playing the manager of a Chippendales-like dance troupe who is always on the prowl for new talent, he emerges as a star-quality top man of major sexual gifts and a quirky cameragenic charm.
In the opener, when his car breaks down and is towed to a garage, he promptly sets out to recruit the mechanic (Fernando Nielsen). Both performers have obviously been spending long hours at the gym lately, and Nielsen in particular has ballooned into a muscular mountain of a man. Clearly impressed, Riviera is instantly all over him, nuzzling, kissing and groping. In no time, he is on his knees, flaunting his newly acquired oral skills and splitting his attention between stroking himself, calculating his effect on Nielsen and executing a wide variety of rhythms and techniques, as if he'd been doing such things all his life. Riviera is also a terrific fucker -- his oversized, arrow-head erection remains rockhard and airborne as he plows into Nielsen doggie style over a car's fender and in an upward-thrusting lap fuck before finishing him off in scissors position and releasing a propulsive series of streamers all over the place. Then he invites Nielsen to an interview the following Thursday and the possibility of joining the troupe.
Back in the billiard room of the house the troupe shares, Riviera greets a pair of brunet dancers (kinky-haired veteran Jose Ganetti and straight-haired newcomer Chris Youngman). Exhausted from his bout of recruiting, he heads for his room, leaving the other two to play pool. Ganetti suggests, "If you win, you fuck me; if I win, I fuck you." P.S. He wins. Usually a notable power bottom, Ganetti here drives the scene, kissing, disrobing and sucking the self-conscious naif. He simply devours the kid with virtuoso tongue-play and soon steers them into a 69. Fingering him, Ganetti, inquires, "Your first time?" Youngman replies, "Yes, so please be careful with my tight ass."
Ganetti obliges him. After a slow, cautious entry, he eases into a gentle fuck, and Youngman's reaction shots -- determination, concern and gradual relaxation -- are palpably real. Little by little, the kid responds, remaining hard throughout the doggie and scissors fucking, and welcoming Ganetti's stroking him simultaneously. He himself even gets a few moments in the saddle too, briefly but instinctually drilling Ganetti missionary on the table. Soon, though, he finds himself flat on his back on the floor, his legs splayed, his ass high in the air for Ganetti to drill him from above. By this time, both realize how successful the deflowering has been -- and soon enough, each gets his nut.
In the third scene, back at the garage, Nielsen is preparing to head off for the interview. His fellow workmen -- big-dicked veterans Julian Vincenzo and Giovanni Floretto (aka Fred Fele and Ted Colunga) -- discourage his going, reminding him that "You're a mechanic, not a dancer." Nielsen leaves anyway, and the other two spend the rest of their shift sucking and fucking. Both are flawless sex machines, though the usually hairy Vincenzo here has been shaved, and the usually smooth Floretto is in his natural state, his body covered with a thick coat of black fur. Superb kissing, nuzzling and nipple-nibbling give way to mutual blow jobs, and both know just what to do with a cock.
As is to be expected, Vincenzo remains strictly top, and the barrel-chested, broad assed Floretto proves again to be one of the great butch bottoms to come out of Eastern Europe. Vincenzo starts the anal action by rimming and fucking his buddy doggie style. The action heats up to a double-time, teeth-grinding session in scissors position and soars with Floretto flat on his back on the floor, ass high in the air, his own erection hovering over his own open mouth as Vincenzo deep-drills him from above. The sequence ends with a lap fuck and a pair of messy money shots from these two pros at the top of their form.
The film ends with Nielsen arriving at the house for his interview, which begins with him showing off his physique in a brief routine, then segues into torrid explicit action that includes Riviera, pony-tailed Marc Bloom and, oh, yes, the twins. One of them remains mostly at one side, playing with Riviera, who seems more comfortable in his skin, more sexually aggressive and more eager to enjoy man-sex than ever before. The other twin shares Nielsen with Bloom, and all five run the gamut of kissing, sucking and rimming in various combinations. Nielsen indulges in a bit of double-sucking, Riviera moans like a bull in heat, and the twins studiously avoid one another.
The anal action is equally hot. Riviera and Bloom do most of the topping, and Nielsen and the twins bottom for them. (No surprises here.) One of the twins also fucks Nielsen on the floor, and the closest the twins every come to one another is when they stand on opposite sides of Nielsen to pound off their loads on him -- without either acknowledging that his brother is anywhere near. The action sizzles nicely, but the twins' presence constantly reminds the viewer that the glory days of explicit interplay by the Christy Twins, the O'Brien twins and, even more recently, William Higgins' Bartok twins will not be back for a long time to come. Till then, the break-out performance of Riviera and the assured direction of Roland Dane make Twin Devils a safe pleasure.
