Sheep are herded on a dusty acacia-lined country road; the shepherd is playing with a typical Hungarian shepherd dog, the puli. We see horses and grazing cows… The story takes place on the Hungarian prairie the "puszta". A country boy (Szabo Balage) is getting up from the haystacks. Modern times, he is looking at a bodybuilder's magazine and dreams to become one, better yet, he has a fantasy of becoming one's lover.
Fantasy becomes reality; two buffed men make love (Bige, Jozsef Spec).
City traffic, street noise, tramways of Budapest, and a busy metro passage. Bodybuilder's gym. Young men in training. Viktor (Atilla) the trainer, a multiple, national champion deals with the boys. He tells them that they are taken to a training camp to the countryside the next day, to prepare for an upcoming competition. They will test his new "protein program".
We arrive to the countryside on a jeep. They display a hearty appetite, though we find out later that they have the same appetite for sex as well.
On their first training day Viktor explains them the fallacy about bodybuilders: that they have decreased sexual potential, and asks them to prove this fallacy wrong. The essence of his "protein program" is the harmonious equalizing balance between sex and training. They boys are excited; they can hardly wait to test Viktor's program.
During the exercise Viktor check the compatibility of couples and sends them on the side for "protein training." Huba and Gabor Vad, (Forro) then Coleman and Attila (Tibor) Dobo successfully adopt to the program.
Eros Janos, the country boy is going home on a mule and enviously checks from the fenceline, how the boys are "training". He would like to be one of them. The trainer spots him and invites him in. The rest of the boys gladly welcome the newcomer. Viktor sends the country boy for training with one of his best, Miklos Toldi (Gabor Gregor). The big country boy suddenly realizes that this is what he has been dreaming about all his life. After the hard workout the trainer check how Eros Janos is taking the first curves. He is satisfied. He is proven to be a great lover as well. Viktor feels he has to give special personal attention to the newcomer. A wonderful threesome develops. After the full day of training the nine boys prove "freestyle" to the rest of the world why it is wrong to underestimate their sexual prowess. Their spectacular orgy leaves no alternative to the public, but to acknowledge their faulty opinion about bodybuilders. Janos leans over the fence-line, looks at the empty yard that was full of "life" just a few minutes ago.
The end of summer is upon us, the city boys returned to Budapest, but John was left behind a different man. He is not continuing his peasant life. He tasted freedom and now he is able to share his new "knowledge" with his friend (Botond). He is looking at his body, a body under training, his friend is learning what he has perfected already. He decides to give him some personal "training". The boys look into each other's eyes and the viewers rightfully ask, why "The End" is written out? Something has just "started"...
