The stellar performance by Blue Blake drives "Men in Blue" (1998), the story of a rotten cop who uses his position as an enforcer to get into positions where he gladly takes the brunt of force (from a myriad of hung top studs). Blue also penned the script, which is head and shoulders above your average gay porn story. Blue's nasty, bad-boy attitude is perfect for the role, which recalls dirty cop movies like Richard Gere's "Internal Affairs," even if his Cockney accent isn't. And certainly, watching Blue's muscle ass get pronged repeatedly is one of the best aspects throughout, hence the double entendre title.
A short introduction to Blue's nasty dealings features the director, Gino Colbert. Blue menaces Gino and his buddy, Paul Morgan, at gunpoint, and then orders Gino to suck off Paul while he watches. The scene is made all the more realistic by the setting, which is in a public parking lot, and completely unhidden from passersby. Blue jerks off as Gino greedily sucks Paul's cock, and then Paul shoots, on command, directly onto Gino's tongue. Well, it's not as bad as getting a ticket, if you ask me.
Playing an Internal Affairs detective that is even sleazier than Blue, porn legend Ron Jeremy interrogates Blue to introduce the remaining scenes. In the first, Blue is asked to explain why his former partner committed suicide. Hunky Brent Cross plays Blue's rookie partner, and Blue of course has his own way of breaking the new guy in, involving a date-rape drug and a scene of forced sex that involves much dirty-talk, cross-dressing, and finally, naked blackmail pictures. The scene works not only because Brent and Blue are really great looking together, but also because the scene pushes the envelope, even for gay porn. Blue's total domination of Brent is seriously erotic, and his cocksucking, ass-eating, and finally, fucking of his supposedly straight partner while under the influence of a drug that makes him powerless, is evil, reprehensible, and completely involving. Blue finishes up by making Brent put on a pair of his wife's underwear, followed by Blue grabbing a camera for some insurance that Brent will never tell anyone about what happened.
Blue then proves that his complete lack of ethics includes outing some other gay studs on the force, played by hot redhead Zachery Scott and hugely hung cutie Michael Crawford (no, not the Phantom). Blue tells Ron that he spied on the two as they traded blowjobs in the station's locker room one day. The oral action leads to a great fucking scene, with Michael taking Scott from behind, and then blowing a big load on Scott's asscheek. Scott squeezes out a dripping load next. Let's hope they enjoyed it, because this little locker room tryst, thanks to Blue, gets them both fired.
Blue next tells the story of how he was forced to become the sex toy for the best-looking, buffest gang of Latino crack heads in the world, played by the quartet Juan Antonio, Ryan Block, Andreas Bergane and Rod Garetto. Blue, after taking one hit off the pipe, turns into a total ass slut for the studs, and he sucks off each of them and then gets fucked by each of them, and his performance as a total slut is nothing short of riveting, not to mention the rather shocking way the scene ends.
Back at the interrogation, Blue alludes to a gay rape that happened at the jail that has been hushed up by the big brass. In a flashback, blond detainee Scott Lyons is a tight-lipped, scared young stud who is taken advantage of by yet another dirty cop played by tall, rangy Rich Raines. Scott blows Rich, who hauls his equipment out of his fly while still completely dressed in his uniform. Then Rick's tongue drills Scott's tight little butt. Rich downs Scott's cock, which is surprisingly large for his overall body size, then he fucks Scott, and the camera angles of the action are great, getting some tight close-ups of the penetration. Another huge asset to the scene is the live sound, which is truly erection-inducing as the pair slurp, moan with pleasure, and sigh as they each erupt with big loads of cum.
The finale has Blue finally getting his, at the hands of blond stud Cutter West. Blue taunts Ron with "Suck my cock!," but of course Ron doesn't -- instead he leaves the room and grabs Sharon Kane.

Men in Blue, written by the star Blue Blake and from Gino Colbert's relatively new company aptly titled Gino Pictures Inc., is about the supposed escapdes of Blake's real-life police lover, experienced while he was a closeted, homophobic, drug addicted, corrupt cop.
Before the credits we get just a sample of all the nastiness to cum. Blake forces a guy in a car, Colbert, to suck off his buddy, Paul Morgan, while at gunpoint and shoot in his mouth. Yes, Colbert takes the cum in his mouth. The viewer is never sure whether these two guys were gay, only that they were fodder for Blake, who has to act out these nasty scenarios. This sets the uneasy tone for a movie where being turned on is just a fine line away from going too far.
Next we cut to Ron Jeremy playing the role of the sleazy internal affairs cop. Jeremy is perfect in the role. First order of business, Blake's partner supposed suicide. Blake is ready with an excuse but in a flashback we see what "truly" happened.
Young, newly married, wholesome, rookie Brent Cross arrives to pick up the nearly naked Blake for work. Blake offers his partner some drugged coffee. The soon nearly comatose Cross finds himself helpless and naked with Blake in his bedroom. Blake licks Cross' dick and eats his butt while continuing his litany of perverse, homoerotic and phobic name calling. Finally he enters Cross fully hard in one long, painful stroke and Blake shoots quickly.
Blake then dresses Cross in his wife's panties and starts taking a bunch of poloroids to use as evidence against Cross if he should try to rat on Blake. A still-dazed Cross starts masterbating and then crying in obvious confusion about the whole sequence of events.
Back with Jeremy, Blake is happy to rat out his fellow faggots on the force. He tells the story of Zachary Scott and Michael Crawford getting it on in the police locker room. Red-headed Scott gives Crawford a good oral sucking, before a turned Crawford is all over Scott.
Jeremy next questions Blake about a crack house incident where four crackheads allegedly forced him to get high and have sex at gunpoint. Seems Blake escaped somehow and in his traumatic state shot and killed all four. In a very realistic crack house scene Blake does indeed smoke crack, but it seems to be part of his nightly ritual. Turning into a sex pig before our eyes, Blake is all over young and lusty Andreas Bergane. Rod Garetto and his buddy join in too. Everyone is everywhere and it's obvious they are all very horny. Dicks go up and down, but yours won't. It only adds to the authenticity of the scene. If I didn't know better I swear they were all totally high. Everyone shoots their loads and collapses into a heap. Blake thanks them all before shooting the suddenly wide eyed and surprised Latino friends.
In another cop house incident, Rich Raines is another officer with a taste for dick; his favorite prey is boys in the holding cell. Presumably there for soliciting Scott Lyons, an eager, blond, sweet boy accomodates Raines. Both boys are again very turned on.
The last scene has the tables turned on Blake, or Blake on the table. I don't want to give away the ending but it involves a somewhat subtle conditioning of how ugly hetero sex is compared to man-to-man sex. The comparison leaves a bad taste in your mouth, but this might be to help one overcome their guilt for enjoying life on the dark side.
Colbert has done an outstanding job. The film is gritty and raw and very realistic with funny and intelligent moments. The guys for the most part are really hot, but not too slick, like other big porn epics. This works well. Colbert, I personally know, wanted to go over the top. He certainly has succeded with the first scene alone. Thus the reason why he appeared in the film, so no actors would take the risk of putting cum in their mouth except him.
I don't know if the film will appeal to everyone. It's perfect for hard core buffs or druggers who prefer this type of fantasy film. It's a film you'll love to hate or, if you have a conscience, hate yourself for loving it. Colbert wanted this fantasy to be as real as possible and has succeded as well as any recent films such as Family Values or Naked Highway.
As to the authenticity of this "true from life" screenplay, well, even I have been known to embellish my sex experiences while under "use." This could certainly be a case here also. Colbert takes on a large agenda and succeeds at them all: an excellent film, hot sex, outrageous fantasy and dare I say conversion of heterosexual men to join our swelling ranks. I only hope he doesn't commend the methods; perhaps a sequel will deal with that issue. My only other complaint is Blake's English accent seems out of place for a cop, otherwise the performance is stellar.
Additional kudos to Sharon Kane for her excellent music and outstanding almost non-sexual role and Ron Jeremy for his as well.
